Documents are verified and the role confirmed before the official offer letter is issued. The one-time service fee is paid after verification and confirmation.

Official Job Offer Letter Issuance

The official job offer letter is issued with employer, role, salary, contract, and reporting details.

USCIS Stage Guidance

Applicants receive guidance on USCIS-related notices, approval-stage documents, and case communication where applicable.

Form I-797 Support
